run2 - graphic & web design / branding & id / photography. Based in Norwich, Norfolk, UK, led by Nik Davy and Natasha Lyster. We provide graphic design, print design and web design services for a host of clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Our print design service covers everything from flyers to perfect-bound brochures and magazines, which we can adapt to become interactive PDFs to provide a richer experience for online newsletters. All our websites are now constructed using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), which means that not only do they look great, but that they are also fully accessible, and search-engine friendly. Basically, they work as they should - swiftly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss for you. We can also photograph fashion, news, sport, PR, interiors, exteriors, food, weddings, evening functions, studio-based objects and lots more besides. Explore the site to find out more!

web design

David J Ford, Norwich, Norfolk

At run2, we offer websites than not only look great, but which also work great too. Our blend of style and functionality assures users of the quality of the website and that any underlying technologies won't break.

Along with visual impact through design, we consider usability to be an essential ingredient in the building of our websites. By laying out your site in a clear and consistent manner, we'll create you an online presence that users will enjoy visiting and take their time to view and read.

We can also add impact through the careful use of Flash animation. Flash is a very misunderstood and often over-used tool in the world of web design due to its associated problems with search engine rankings, download times and accessibility. At run2 we take care of the poor soul, using Flash to bring pages to life but without basing entire sites around it.

Talk to us for a little while, and you'll discover we don't do techno-speak. At least, not outside the safety of our studio. Instead, we'll listen to your ideas and discuss your project to make sure that we know what you want and can work out the best way to produce it for you. From there, we'll create a detailed brief and quotation for you before getting down to the main event - building a website that makes your visitors gasp and your rivals cry.

accessible design

Under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), organisations have a legal and social responsibility to ensure that they don't discriminate on the basis of how content is displayed on websites. Legal action is a possible consequence of failing to take reasonable steps to cater for web users with disabilities.

All of our websites are designed using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) which separates design from content, to allow users to view the content in the format that they wish, or to use screen readers to allow website text to be read to them automatically via their computer with software such as Jaws.
